Glimpses From Defexpo Lucknow Feb 2020

This year’s DefExpo in Lucknow saw wide participation from several countries, and a large number of MOUs and agreements were signed. Col Ajay Prasad visited the exhibition and has highlighted the major facets of the DefExpo in this photo-feature. He rightly observed that India’s defence industrial base is slowly expanding and taking on indigenous manufacturing in high technology defence products.

Col Ajay Prasad (Retd) did his schooling from St. Paul’s School, Darjeeling and joined NDA in July 1975. He is a keen
sportsman and was commissioned into 2/8 Gorkha Rifles in June 1979. In his second innings, he is working with Radiant Cash
Management Services as the Regional Head for UP region.
