Colonel Akash R Naik is an Infantry officer from the
PUNJAB Regiment with over two decades of commissioned
service. He has commanded his Battalion along the Line of
Control in Kashmir and has served in operational areas like
Eastern Ladakh, Siachen Glacier and in counter terrorism
operations in Kashmir Valley. He holds an MBA degree in
Defence and Strategic Studies and is a frequent contributor to
defence literature.
